TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Advertised prices do not include taxes.
  • Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted for online transactions. Cash, debit, and credit cards are accepted in-studio.
  • Receipts will be issued via email or in person upon request.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-shareable, and non-transferable.
  • Monthly contracts require a minimum commitment of four months. Cancellation fees are $100 if you cancel within the commitment period and $75 if you cancel after four months.
  • Student and Senior memberships are available for purchase in-studio with valid identification.
  • Promotional passes cannot be reserved or placed on hold.

REGISTRATION

We recommend signing up online to secure your spot in class. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins to retain their reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel your reservation or fail to attend, a fee of $15 may be charged. This applies only if the class is full or has a waitlist. No fee will be incurred if there is no waitlist and the class is not full.
